@ Rocko! Hey! I just got album 53 today! I can’t believe my parents let me buy it! They haven’t been allowing me to buy a whole lot lately. But I have it!

Two: I had heard the first two parts with my family and we were talking about AIO at lunch the next day. We were talking about things we liked, favorite characters, not so favorite characters and voices we really like. A couple I said were Sam’s dad ( Easy Money: i love his voice!) And another one I mentioned was someone who has played several roles:Phil, Brock, the young St. Patrick. So when I heard more of 53 and heard the voice of the suprise return character I was thrilled and so excited!

She is not what I expected either ? I didn’t know the character was a teenager. That explains why she and Buck were flirting in the Green Ring Conspiracy. Album 53 is AWESOME ! I got it in the mail yesterday and I finished it today. It was good and I’m nearly 40. I love Odyssey. : )

When I had listned to this, I thought that she’d be so much yonuger but its kinda like connie who sounds young but is played by someone older. I’ve always wondered how people make their voice change like that. I myself can copy peoples vocies pretty well. Great job on voices Odyssey!

If Emily is a teenager then why does her OLDER brother Barrit sound like an 11 year old? Some things just don’t add up. Some times adults who play younger characters make them sound younger than they really are.

So exactly how old is Emily Jones?
I LOVE the Green Ring Conspiracy so far I wish I had it! I feel suspicious about Penny Wise…notice her name?? I wonder if she is in on the conspiracy?? Afterall she is a good artist… hmmmm…does anyone agree or have thoughts?? Matthew is 10, at least that’s what it says in the Odyssey Vault. I just thought Emily was 10 or 11 as well, if she’s 13 or 14 why would she be hanging out all the time with a 10 year old boy? and yes, Barret can’t be 15, I was thinking he was around 12. Some things don’t add up, if Emily is a teenager then I can see why she was acting the way she was about Buck, if she’s 10, isn’t she a little young?

Lots of discussion about Emily’s age. I presume she is indeed only ten or eleven. As for her liking Buck, it could just be a childish crush… Remember back in- I want to say Vol.5 (way back) Lucy had a crush on Richard Maxwell? And I think he was late teens or early twenties.

Well, that was a good podcast, “i will laugh all the way down a short pier.” that’s great, but sad. i didn’t hear a lot of the episodes he was in, but the ones he was in, he did marvelously.

I agree with Tanner’s chart of the ages of the characters. It’s just what I’ve always thought the ages would be. And Emily’s having a crush on Buck is so funny! Back to Wooten Rocks: I meant last time Monty was in odyssey he was just a young teen. I’m guessing he is about 20 now? I have no idea how old Connie is! It seems like she should still be about 19…but if Jimmy Barkley already grew up too I imagine she is older.

Here is my theory in regard to the age of Emily Jones. I went to the vault to check to see what age she was but they didn’t say. I did however learn that Olivia is 11 and Camilla is 8. If we say that Matthew is about half way between that then he is 9 and a half years old… Now I think that Emily is about a year (more or less) older that Matt. That gets me to 10 to 11 years old. This is not to old or young for Emily to have a crush on Buck. That is my theory. :p

ps,5th grade is sometimes refered to as a middle school grade:)

I still think that it’s weird that Buck flirted back with Emily when she is two or three years younger than him. Should someone who’s 14 like someone who’s 11? Would’t Buck like someone his age more?

I don’t know why this bothers me so much, but I just don’t think Odyssey should have made it seem like Buck likes Emily as well as her liking him. Am I the only one who is concerned about this?

Connie is probably younger than Monty now, but I don’t think she’s 16 anymore. She graduated high school as valedictorian (after 10 years). I think I remember Connie making some comment about how the kids are getting older than her. She’s younger than Jimmy now, but I think she’s older than 16 since she graduated.

the thing about emily (and please don’t get mad about this) is through the whole green ring conspiracy the only thing big she accomplished was finding the backpack. Everything else she did was yelling at Matthew and getting jealous over Matthew’s awesome club because she wasn’t invited and flirting with Buck. I mean, shes not really the hero type in this album.

5) I’m incredably camera shy.
6) I think 5 reasons is enough for why I haven’t become an actor. Though the issue is that some of those same things are pretty much required for playing guitar professionally.
So I’ve come up with a solution! I won’t think about it untill I have to do it. Then it should be fine. LOL. Probably not a great idea. What do you think?

The ‘Door Within Trilogy’ is a set of 3 (no duh ) books that take place in, well actually Colorado Springs Colorado. But without spoiling too much of it, the main character gets transported to a realm with knights, and dragons. If you think it sounds dumb, I thought so too. I just picked the first book up a few years ago because Mom wanted me to read it, so I read it and now I LOVE IT! Continued….

2) Ask your dad if you can do some extra chores for some money!
3) You could bake some cookies and go around the neighborhood and sell them.

There’s you 3 good ideas. One of them should work, but it’ll take a while to save up, though. :S That’s the only issue…

For example I’ve read: Robinson Crusoe, Robin Hood, Tom Sawyer, Huckleberry Finn, Call of the Wild, the Black Stallion, Black Beauty, Big Red, Homeward Bound, and probably a few others I’ve forgotten. Not to mention all the Tolkien books I’ve read like LotR, The Hobbit, and the Silmarillion. I’ve also read the Narnia and Star Wars books. Right now I’m reading Sherlock Holmes. Lotta books, huh?
