    @ Wootons Bff
I live in Oklahoma…we have everything from 110 degree weather to -10 degrees. LOL were are the joke to weather man around America. My dream is to become an actor with morals(Talk about mission imposable)and a Christian singer. I dream job would be to play the roll of Jill Pole in Narnia. I can do an almost perfect British accent and I LOVE tea and scones. I am also looking for ,maybe, two pen-pals. One in England the other I really don’t care about…continued in below

  • Hannah on October 19th, 2011 - 7:49pm

Maybe a missionary kid in India. I believe I am to become a possible short term missionary to India. And to think I told God I was never going to become a missionary or a actress. Oh an other dream would to work on Odyssey as a character. I become very emotionally involved with little roles in recite from Odyssey. I am also good with body language. Sometime i can even force myself to cry. Which is really hard.

I hope to hear back from you soon.

    @ SINGIN’
What is it like working at a zoo? My dad say I was running one with a praying mantis, two frogs, three fish, one hamster, and two dogs all at once.(That was hard work) I would become a vet…if I was afraid of needles and blood *chills*. I love the ocean and maybe when all my others dreams have been filled I will become an oceanographer and study mainly dolphins and whales. Sign so much I want to do yet so little time to do it…and I have to wait till I’m 18!Come 4 years hurry up! LOL

I’m homeschooled to. I have never been to public school, and I never wan’t to go. From what I hear, you get a lot of home work, take a lot of hard test, get bullied a lot, and don’t get out untill 3:00 or 4:00. I only took, I think it was two test before I got to 7th grade. We never have test at the end of the year, you just move up a grade. And before I got in high school I got off at noon. “Your done when you get done,” is what we do at my house.

  • elysibeth on October 24th, 2011 - 12:08pm

“But that you may know that the Son of Man has authority on earth to forgive sins..” He said to the paralyzed man, “Get up, take your mat, and go home.”
Somewhere in Luke. I memorized this verse for Bible Quizzing in 2009, but it’s been floating around in my head all day so I thought I should share it.
BTW, if you see a teenager with red curly hair sticking out from underneath a green baseball cap, it’s probably me. Just making a fashion statement. :)

I was SO sad to see the Barclays go but that explains why they weren’t in the NovaCom battle.
But Jimmy comes back in The Triangled Web Parts 1 abd 2.
    I LOVE that one!
I wonder if Focus on The Family is going to continue airing ALL the albums… I mean they started with album 1 and aired all the way to album 26 so does anyone think that they’ll go all the way to album 38? In order?

Am I the only person who thinks that they could have made the Narnia movies just a little closer to the books?

Okay, everyone, listen up. Elwynois is going to reveal her future plans for Odyssey! Tell me what you guys (and girls :) think!
Ok, first of all Penny and Wooton get married, of course. They were made for each other! Then they find out they are having a baby, and it’s a boy. Eugene and Katrina also find out that they are having a baby, and it’s a girl.
And then a new homeschool family moves into town and they have two girls named Maya and Allison.
    continued on next comment…….

Meanwhile, Connie’s mom is going to another state, and Connie takes her to the airport where she runs into Mitch! Mitch was only waiting at the airport for his next flight. She convinces Mitch to come to Whit’s end where they talk for a long time. Connie tries to convince him that they should get married, but finally they figure out THEY WERE NOT MEANT FOR EACH OTHER!!
Whit and Jason go on an expediton in Africa, and while they are gone Dr. Blackgaard (who never really died) returns, except

    -A Name, Not a Number 1/2
-Gathering Thunder (Butch is one of my favorites!)
    -Someone to Watch Over Me
There are a lot more, but I don’t know them off the bat. One of my favortie albums were “A Journey of Choices” and “Whish You Were Here.”

@ Elwynios: Actually, I think Valerie is a very good name for a bad girl. There’s something about Valerie, Vanessa, and Veronica that conveys a picture of a pretty yet evil girl. To me, at least. ;) I’m not sure if it does that with other people. Though, I tend to think that Veronica is like, the best of “evil female” names. That’s what I’m calling my wicked villainess. ;)

One person in my family just has to be a voice actor some day, we all can do lots of different voices. I want to act on AIO though it’s practically impossible because I mean who ever gets hired on thier favorite show.Though it would be cool just to meet one of the voice actors, and learn how they do it.

But I was so miffed cos I worked outside on a farm this year and spent a bunch of time outside and I barely have a farmers tan!!! I love being Irish, but not getting a tan drives me nuts.

Does anyone else on here play the piano? I’ve been playing since I was six or seven. My favorite composers are Scott Joplin, Bela Bartok, and Dmitri Shostakovich. I am learning Love Story, by Taylor Swift, despite my dislike for her and her music, because I wrote a parody about the story from Romeo’s perspective. It’s pretty funny. I can also play part of Deathbed, by Relient K by ear. The piano is an awesome instrument. I use it so often when I need to express my self.

I like simple flowers: Lilys, daisys, etc. I think yellow and white flowers look nice. And I also like plum-tree blossoms.
We have a few tiny plum-trees at my church. They sometimes have little sour/bitter berry-like things that are about as big as a cherries on steriods. In the spring, beautiful pink blooms start sprinkling the dark purple-red leaves.

Yes I have dogs ,two poodles to be exact. The neighborhood where I live won’t allow me to keep my chickens here…so they stay at my 4H pens. If we were we would just teach the dogs not to attack a lock up the chickens when we let the dogs out to play…or we would build a fenced run for the chicks. What kind of chicken do you have? I have 7 buff Orphingtons, 3 silkies, and 1 buff laced polish, the polish was attacked by a cat a few weeks ago…She wasn’t mine at the time continued…

Then the for heds, you gussed put half walnuts on. We have a walnut tree, and we don’t harvest them; so they fall, shrivel up, and thats what I use. The sheep has two wight fethers tide to a stick. The wise men’s gifts are a zinia (flower) dandy lion (flower)and fox tail. I tide the angel to a plat so she could fly. :P

    @Ann

Who is “The Flight of the Bumblebee” by? I am learning “The Mechanical Doll”, by Dmitri Shostakovich. It’s really pretty. I really like Bela Bartok’s “Play”. At least, I think it’s called “Play”. I also play Scott Joplin’s “The Entertainer.” And I so agree that piano is the best instrument in the world!!

I have three siblings and I am the third child. My sister is 27, my older brother 26 and in the coast guard, and my little brother is 7. I have a friend who has 12 siblings ranging from 23 years old :?: I think down to 4 or 5 years old. She is on here her name is Hannah’s Bff or Hannah, Beck.

I’ll pray I would love to be able to that…but I’ve been going to my youth group for about three or four months now…and no one (except the guy who stepped on my toes) has talked to me. And hardly anyone has smiled at me either. That is no thing I wish people would be more willing to do…just go up and just talk to them even if there younger or older then you.Thank God it’s not like that at 4H!

  • Hannah on October 31st, 2011 - 2:41pm

Hey everyone! A Lot of you have asked me question and stuff like that. Today I am challenging you! To go and talk to 3 people you don’t know or are new.Even if there younger or older go make friends and make others feel good. My good friends ages are 9,11,12,15 and up. Go live on the edge and talk to a stranger…not a creepy stranger mind you, but some who is lonely. I sit by myself every Wednesday night because all the girls ignore me and there is no seat for me to sit in. So take a stand!

Watched the best movie EVER! it is called Stranded the greatest survivor story of the year. Great for kids and teens. Based on Swiss family Robinson, one not even Disney or any other can not compete with this one. Made by hallmark I’d say it’s refreshing to see Faith and God be the center of a family. It was made in 2002…and is very long. I loved IT! I want it to own it so much!!!! Jacob was kind of cute to.

I can’t really talk to anyone because the teens don’t want get to know you. I usually am late because I have to stop to feed and water the chickens on the way. And we leave right away…and Like I said I have to sit by myself cause there is no room in the sets where the girls sit and the boys are to busy talking to each other to notice you. Sad they don’t have a small group for teens. But at 4H it’s not like that at all, In fact the girls all want to sit next to me. continued below

High school isn’t hard! being a pre-teen was hard. from 10-12 is when all the girls I knew started picking on me at church. Two years later I had to leave because the bulling was so bad for me. I was told the only reason they were friends with me was because they felt sorry for me! That was during camp. I was devastated and I didn’t trust teens for another two years I am 14 now…I still have a hard time liking teenagers or talking to them. I am afraid I guess that I will get hurt.

Hannah, elf names can be tricky. “Sefa” sounds really neat! One way that I get names for places and charecters for my books is by using the Google Traslation tool. You can find out what words are in other languages. This often gets ideas going. In my opinon, simple names are good. The reader can get annoyed at trying to decipher a long, somewhat meaningless name over and over again. Sorry that I don’t have any good suggestions at the moment.

Is anyone trying to do the NaNoWriMo this month?

Arem, My B-day is November 6th. I just like to make it seem like less days than for real. How old are you turning?

    @ Mitch’s fan
Oh, come on! Do you really want Mitch back? Do you really want he and Connie to get married? I mean, seriously, Connie getting married and with kids!! hee, hee, ha,ha!!

  • Mitchs fan on November 4th, 2011 - 7:53pm

@Elwynois, Um, YES, I do!! Think about it, Connie was the picture of happiness when Mitch was by her side. Mitch was a walking prince charming. He brought so much Love, fun and action to adventures in odyssey. Plus he had a really nice feeling about him. He wasn’t out to cheat anyone. Especially Connie.
@Arem, I know, but Im pretty sure I heard somewhere that Mitch wanted to come back….Idk. Could be wrong.
@E. J. Jiggles, Thanks for your sympathy. And for feeling the SAME WAY!! :)

I don’t think Connie should get married, but I really want Mitch back. my reason for not having them get married is because they already decided it wouldn’t work out.

    Cow Girl-

Being a teenager really doesn’t change who you are. Yeah you may feel a little different and want to do different things, but inside your heart is still the same. Make sure your sister knows that. I know that when my brother “grew up” I was very lonely and secluded. Little sisters need loving! :) :)

Just a guess though, I only know John 3: 16 in Spanish and even then I only know the phonetic spelling. :) One of my favorite parts in Easy Money(I can’t remember which album it’s on) is when Mr. Johnson is fixing his garage, and reads the Spanish instructions by accident. :D

How do you get the face with sunglasses?

Hey Shinabu have you ever heard Diciple’s ‘Liar’? That is one of my all time fave songs. I mean, it’s about this guy who is lying about the things the Bible says and the singer, Kevin Young, is telling him to knock it off. Oh and ‘Dear X You Don’t Own Me’ is really good too.
Are you into rap cause KJ52 is radical! Not to mention real sily in some of what he says.
When I was talking about Manifest I have to say he’s not going very well being in

music. He is a great singer and such but he’s not living very well off of it.
Hey where do you live? I live in a state that starts with an ‘M’. It is known for the cardnals and is the only state that is bordered by eight other ones. Can you guess?
Who are your favorite charaters? Whit used to be my fave, but after I started my Chritian walk he didn’t seem so great. God was ahead and still is ahead of Whit. But he is a fave. I like to translate Lucia and Luki and Eva. It is so fun. :|

  • Shinobu on December 10th, 2011 - 4:03pm

    Adrian-

Yes!! I love Manafest! My mom’s favourite song is Avalanche, and she’s not usually a fan of that type of music. Every Time You Run is my favourite of his songs. I’ve heard some KJ-52, but he’s not one I listen to a lot. Disciple is great too. I love After the World. Just thinking about God making the rhythm of my heartbeat is… almost enough to make me cry. Skillet is epic. Rebirthing is one of my favourite songs.
:) I think you and I live in the same state. Good old Missouri, right? I like the Cardinals, but not as much as the Tigers. :)
My favourite character… hmmm, that’s tough. I really enjoy episodes with Eugene and Katrina in them. Jason’s pretty awesome. :) Go Stiletto! My best friends favourite character is Jay and I must agree that he’s hilarious. But Jason, Eugene, and Buck are probably my top favourites. Oh and Jack. So it’s like you and TFK—I have a tough time narrowing it down. :) You’re turning thirteen in March? One of my best friends was born in March—only he’s turning eighteen. :)

Everybody, wish my sis Mekana a happy birthday! She’s finally a teenager!

Shinobu the Ninja, signing off. :) I think I read too much Redwall in my childhood. :)

I was just reminding Cowgirl that even when you’re all grown up and a teenager–okay maybe that’s not quite all grown up–little sisters need to be loved…and that’s coming from one. :)

I’m a little sister too and I have a little sister  . I’m not a teen yet but I am excited to become one in March. Hey if your a little sister how many siblings do you have? I have two sisters and a brother. A sister and my only brother are younger than me and I have a sister that is two years older than me.
Anyway, I didn’t feel any drastic changes when TaliaX177, my sister, became a teen. Hey have you heard Andy Pessoa? He is the best character! He is my favorite!

    @Shinobu
I was reading some of your older posts and you hate having a tan? I want to be darker! Are you homeschooled?

  • Shinobu on December 16th, 2011 - 12:19pm

    Adrian-

You’re a girl?? I seriously thought that you were a guy(because Adrian is one of my fav. guy names), but being a lover of unique names(a good friend of mine name is Shea–he’s a guy), I have to say that your name is awesome. :) I am fifteen years old, and have a 20 year old brother, a 13 year old sis, and a 9 year old brother. My older brother had a tough time understanding that mentally, I am a lot older than I look(heh heh I love the phrase ‘old head on young shoulders’), so I have some of the same friends as he does and that sort of bugged him. But we’re getting better with that. :) And yeah, I am homeschooled. Andy Pessoa is awesome. I love that he looks a little like his character(or is it his character looking like him… :) ) I’m not a baseball fan either. It’s either soccer or nothing. :D But my bff/cousin is really into basketball, so I have a vague interest in that sport. :) And actually, I was hating that although I worked at a farm this year and spent a ton of time outside, I barely even had a tan. I agree, darker would be great. But my Irish and Cherokee heritage isn’t helping that. :( Oh well. How old is TaliaX177? I’ve seen her on here.

Thanks for the advice, Jeremiah. It’s nice to have someone from the “old” people on here. When my parents are out running around, I’m the oldest and so I’m in charge. It’s a relief having people who are older(and smarter :) ) than me reminding me of what I have forgotten. It makes everything so much simpler. :)

@Shinobu: Yeah. Don’t ever forget that. And as for darker…well, I don’t know. People seem to hate me since that’s all I can get is darker. I never burn and people hate that.

  • Shinobu on December 20th, 2011 - 5:41pm

    FTU-

Brian Jacques(author of Redwall) writes adventure books about talking animals. The older ones are really good, but some of the new ones seem cliche. My nine year old brother loves these, but I still like to read them, so they’re good for all ages. They can be a little violent(i.e. intense battle scenes and sometimes very realistic scary rodents[bad guys]). I’ve read all of his books, but unfortunately, he died in…January I think. His Castaways of the Flying Dutchman series is really good too. I would recommend reading them. :)

You should not envy me! I just prayed and asked God to send cows and well, when i was ten he sent some! We now have 13 or 14 but only eight in milk. Any way, the only person you should envy is Jesus! I would rather be like him then do anything else, and i would rather you envy him then me! But that is o.k to wan’t to have animals and live on a farm!

  • Adrian on December 29th, 2011 - 9:45am

Thanks, Cow Girl! Well the reason I envy you is because I like the country and I really want to be there a lot. With three siblings it is hard to cope sometimes. I really just like the solitude so I can commun with the Lord. Also I doubt we will get cows because my little brother is allergic to cow’s milk. Anyhow I smiled when yousaid you would pray for me.
By the way we have 2 turkeys, 5 rabbits, and 5 chickens. By the way what exactly did you pray about for me? 8) :) :D    8)

    @ shinabu
TaliaX177 is 14. And yes i am a girl. My pen pal from Ecuador thinks I am a boy, but I am not.Hey I am part Cherokee too. I am also Irish and German.Do you get out of your house a lot? I don’t. My mom took us out of public school because of the bad influence it was having on us. I was the worst. I called my younger siblings brats and I never did that before. One thing I hate about my tan is it goes away in the winter. Then in the summer I tan again! :( Have you read Robin Jones Gunn?

  • Adrian on December 29th, 2011 - 10:03am

cow girl you are great. i already care for my chickens and rabbits and turkeys at 8 in the morning. i don’t even really know why we have chickens because only two people in my house can eat eggs. :(

  • Adrian on December 30th, 2011 - 8:32am

    Cow Girl,
After I read your post to my sister(I hope you don’t mind me doing that) she pointed out something to me. I shouldn’t envy Jesus because the devil did. I should ‘want to be like Him’.
Can you guys pray for me? I think I am getting swimmer’s ear. And to those who symapthize with me it REALLY HURTS! A LOT. THIS SUMMER I HAD IT IN BOTH EARS FOR ABOUT A MONTH. I hate it cause I can’t go swimming and the pain. Anyway I attract swimmers ear like a hungry dog to meat. God Bless! :( :( :(

  • taliax177 on December 30th, 2011 - 9:46am

@CG: One comment on what you said. I don’t think you should envy Jesus, you should just desire to be as perfect as He is. The tenth commandment (in a nutshell) says, “Thou shalt not covet,” or do not envy basically. I understand what you were saying, I just wanted to make it a little clearer. :D

We get out of our house a fair bit, since we have some extra-curricular programs(like dance class, and piano, and Bible study), but we like to stay at home too.

    Adrian-

Oh that sounds awful. Right after my older brother was born, my mom got it in both ears because she got water in her ears in the shower. She says that was probably the most miserable she’d ever felt. Poor Mom :(
My favorite author right now probably is…oh man there are too many to choose from(if you can’t tell, I read A LOT). Donita K. Paul is really good when it comes to Christian fantasy, one of my fav. genres. Oh, and Steampunk! That’s awesome!

    Thanks and God Bless

Shinabu I hav NEVER heard of those authors.
I sypathize with your mom. I attract swimmers ear like rabbits to carrots (I hav 5 of them so…).
Hey since you live on a farm what kids of animals do u hav? I have 5 rabbits, and 5 chickens, and we just got rid of 2 pesky turkeys.  I want to hav horses and sheep and ducks.
What do you want to do be when u r old enough to get a job? I want to be an author and I LOVE to read.
My school is going a lot better since my last post.Thanx :D

  • adrian on January 20th, 2012 - 11:26am

Can you all pray for me? My mom and little brother fight a lot and my mom is less patient now that it is the school year. My brother just…well it is safe to say…he has major problems. I have been praying and I know it helps too, but you guys are so great and I thought you could do my a big favor. :) Thanx and God bless u all.

Oops! I should be doing my history now! bye! ;)

  • regollin on January 20th, 2012 - 4:16pm

  • taliax177 on January 20th, 2012 - 4:55pm

Man, nobody wants to talk to me anymore. :P Who likes Christian rap/Christian rock?

  • sHINOBU on January 20th, 2012 - 6:29pm

    Adrian:
You should look them up. They are super good! When I grow up I want to be a librarian/homeschool mom/author. I’ve got several goals in life. :)

    TaliaX177:
I’ll talk to you! I enjoy Christian rock more than Christian rap, but I still listen to it off and on(drives my parents nuts. :) ) What is your favorite band?

  • Shinobu on January 21st, 2012 - 12:25pm

    Adrian:
Actually, I don’t live on a farm, I live in farm country. There’s a farm down the road from us and across the highway are our friends who used to raise cattle. Our dogs name is Abby, and our cat’s name is the Evil Doctor Popcorn. Or that’s what I call him, since he hates me. :) He has three legs. We got him after he got run over by a car and his owners didn’t want him after the surgery that took his leg off. Oh well. Now we have the demon cat. :D

  • taliax177 on January 23rd, 2012 - 3:56pm

    @Adrian: I wasn’t talking about you. :P :lol:

@Shinobu: I cannot name it. :P I mean, I like Thousand Foot Krutch, Skillet, Disciple, KJ-52, Trip Lee, Lecrae, Manafest, Relient K, Family Force 5, tobyMac, Joe Satriani, Steve Vai, Journey… (I could name more, but I don’t want to bore you. :P ) Take my meaning? :P I have a music obsession. Oh, and then I like my own music. :P  I’m mainly a rock fan, but I got into rap and my mom said “Is this what it’s come to? Rap?” :P

  • adrian on January 23rd, 2012 - 8:25pm

I don’t have a cat,b ut the turkeys that we had, I had to take care of them, were named Gretchen and Dinner.Talia suggested Wretched and Dinner but she looked like a Gretchen and not a Wretched even though she was.
Just about 45 mins ago our nieghbor’s horse got out and it nearly scared me out of my skin! I was getting something outside for my dad and this huge white ghoast just stared at me.Well though it was scary eventually after he got home we got invited to fish and train him.

Right now it is pretty calm here and I am reading about sheep.Yes,my friends, sheep. And the reason I am doing that is because I want a llama.I know unsual. But my dad says that I can’t get a llama without having it do something besides being a pet  So since llamas can be used as guard animals  (Yes I know)maybe I can get one. At the moment my brother is writing rap songs. He is only nine.

  • adrian on January 24th, 2012 - 2:47pm

    …go to music classes
cause I’m the one who never passes
At lunch I threw my food
    and the kids all said
    who’s that crazy dude

  • Shinobu on January 26th, 2012 - 12:46pm

    TaliaX117:

lol about the rap and your mom. My mom likes some of Manafests songs, but my dad…lol when I first started listening to more rock and less classical he freaked out. But now he trusts me–mostly. Exposing him to Skillet was fun. :) My brother and I have very strange music tastes. If you looked at my iPod, you would get quite the variety, from classic to rap to music scores to musicals. :)
    I love music.

    Shinobu, Warrior of Gi

  • Shinobu on January 26th, 2012 - 12:49pm

    I meant movie scores. Whoops!

    Adrian-

Writing songs is fun! I wrote a parody of Love Story, by Taylor Swift called Real Story. It’s about Romeo getting dragged into the relationship…It’s pretty funny. I’m also working on one of Baby, by Justin Bieber. Urgh!!! I hate listening to him; he sounds like a twelve year old! But at least I’ll get a funny song. :)

  • taliax177 on January 27th, 2012 - 8:08am

@Shinobu: That’s funny, because my dad really likes all the music I listen to. My mom is the one that’s always worried. I hope to be a guitarist someday, so I try to listen to all kinds of genres of music. I want to be the first guitarist with skill, solo crazy! Ya know? I never saw a guitarist that had skill like Steve Vai or Joe Satriani, my favorite guitarists. :( They aren’t Christians either. :( In fact, I’ve been righting songs that are prayers for them.

  • taliax177 on January 27th, 2012 - 2:58pm

How could I mispell writing like that. :P

  • adrian on January 28th, 2012 - 7:59am

Well my brother will sing anything and everything you throw at him. Once I told him to get his stuff out of our room and put away  Well after I “left” I stayed out in the hall and listened to him. He was singing “My sister told me to clean up, clean up, clean up!”
I completely cracked up! And another time TaliaX177 told him something about Paul Revere and he started singing “Paul…Revere! Paul…Revere!…” And you can basically tell how that turned out.

  • adrain on January 31st, 2012 - 8:58am

You know how brothers and sisters are!

  • taliax177 on January 31st, 2012 - 3:45pm

Adrian, you’re talking to yourself on the computer. :P Are you well? :P

  • Shinobu on January 31st, 2012 - 3:57pm

Oh yes, I definately know how brothers and sisters are. :D And cousins…and best friends…and certain guys I know…Hmmm, maybe I need to make a list. :)

  • adrian on February 1st, 2012 - 8:20pm

Talia, what do you mean when you say I am talking to myself on the computer? Where am I doing that?
Get well soon and please everyone pray for Talia because she does not feel very well just now. She went to bed about an hour ago and that is strange for her. :(
I am looking at sheep pictures with my little sister. :D
