Hello to all our podcast listeners and comment posters. We just wanted to let you know that we’re taking our Christmas break from December 22 to December 28. During that period, no new comments will be moderated. You can still submit your comment, but it won’t show up on the website until December 28. Our moderators are spending Christmas with their families.

    A lot of people are complaining about the new characters, and saying that they are not relavent to them. I would like to disagree. Emily is the first girl character in Odyssey I am like. I’m a mixture of her and Laurance Hodges. (Spelled wrong.) It is so cool, (and kind of scarry) to hear shows that are addressing issues I actually deal with. Like the show when Mathew joined his “secret club” and she wanted to know what it was so badly. Or the show she helpped make that singing card, and she was

    I know that I’m different from most girls, but I’ve never had a crush. My best friend is a guy. (Who also doubbles as my 2 years younger brother.)I love Star Wars, Star Trek, Hardy Boys books, and Lord of the Rings, geeky guy stuff. I also love playing handbells! Capriccio is the most fun song to play in the world!

    Did you all have a Merry Christmas? How many people had a white Christmas? I ?didn’t. :cry: :( :cry: I got art stuff, close, candy, and some other odds and ends for ?Christmas. But today I’m kind of board. I was REALLY bored last night after everyone ?left. :cry: I still can’t believe it’s all over, so soon. Oh well. I hope we can have Christmas ?again next year. If the Greatest Depression comes before Christmas next year, we might ?not have such a Christmas.?

    Can’t wait for “In Too Deep”! I was wondering if we’re going to hear from Buck or Mr.Skint again. Also, are we going to “hear” more from Mr. Whittaker’s inventions such as the Trans-mutter? I listened to Another Man’s Shoes today and thought about how cool it would be if Matthew reprogrammed it to make it cooler.

    I’m starting school this Moonday (Wednesday). It was a two week brake. It’s snowing a ?little. I would LOVE a blizzard to come, but I’d be satisfied if the snow came up to my ?ankles.     I know what I trekker is! Isn’t it someone who is sorta steadfast & well–uh–”Treks” through things (okay, kinda a lame definition).
    You sound like such a cool person (3 cheers for Tomboys), I’m a geeky sort of person myself (ESPECIALLY when it comes to Lord of The Rings).

    Regollin-

    My life is upside down too. My grandma has cancer and is going through chemo right now. It’s really hard, especially since none of my friends know what it’s like to have someone in your close family who could die. The only one I know whose mom has had cancer lives two hours away from me and I only get to see him once every month (Miss you Shea!). Having no one to talk to drives me crazy. If you need to talk, please let me know, cos I feel the same way. Some people think I am a great listener. I tend to agree with them…when my mouth is shut. ;) And, Seth, above all else, remember that even though life is a bit wonky right now, you don’t have to let it effect you in every way. Still try to live normally, no matter how hard it may be. That’s one thing that has kept me sane. :)
