YEAH MITCH!! When Mitch died, my whole family went, “WHAT! Mitch was RM, and he is dead? How could they let Mitch die!!?” And then when we listened to Something Old, Something New, and Mitch was on there, we went crazy! “What?! Mitch is back?! Awesome!!” Oh…i love AIO!! XD When I heard this episode, I freaked out. Mainly because I had previously thought that I must have missed a big bunch of episodes, because when reading Wikipedia about Mitch it said he was in the states and engaged to someone named Marine. XD THEN I found out when listening, that it hadn’t happened yet!

Really? Well, I would never do that. I mad and sad and all, but I figure that doesn’t ruin all of Adventures in Odyssey.
I wish in just one episode we could get all the old kids to come back. Like Robin, Karen, Donna, Jimmy, Rodney…I miss them. Now it’s just new kids, and to be honest, I don’t like them. The new voice of Whit throws everything off.

Hey every one! I just got a new kitten! My neighbor saw some guy throw it onto the side of the road Why would anyone do that to a cute little kitten? Why I ask you? Anyway, It’s only about 1 month old and is sooooo adorable! He’s an orange tabby, and out of the 40 cats I’ve had in my life, none have been an orange tabby, one of the most popular house cats. But anyway, I’m stumped on a name. Any suggestions?

I totaly and 100% agree with you that Odyssey isn’t what it used to be. Mitch sounded strange in “Something Old Something New.” Not like himself, his voice changed. But I’ve already disided I’m done complaining, I’ll gust exept it as it is. Though I can’t deenie that the old Odyssey is gone and even if they try to bring back the Imaganation Station, the Room of Consiquens, and Kyds Radio, it still will never be what it was.

YOU BROKE MY HEART AIO!

I just listened to “Something Old, Something New Part 2.” It is sad, but I believe it’s for the best. Connie and Mitch are NOT a cupple! This week I got SO exited I couldn’t think of ANYTHING ELLES! It finally got so bad that I stoped Odyssey altogether for Thursday AND Friday! I didn’t listened any Odyssey CDs, didn’t get on the website, I didn’t talk about it, and I tried not to think about it. It got me though the last two days of questions and sespens… They shouldn’t do that to their fans!

Kenzi: I’m going to miss you!!! I wanted to let you know that my recital went really well. My voice cracked a little bit from a sore throat at the beginning of the song but then it got better towards the middle. If you’re still on, let me know how your recital goes. I’ll be praying for you!

Richard Maxwell is awesome! They really should do an interview with Nathan Carlson, he does so many other voices on AIO too, like Mandy’s dad, and a lot of misc. characters.

It’s cool how people talk about things on here. They talk about their school, ages, favorite music! It’s interesting. But, I don’t really know how they can, AIO takes a very long time in the ” moderation” department!

Funny, other people’s comments are on there! But mine from yesterday isn’t. Anyway, I wonder what AIO is going to do about Connie and Mitch! I bet Connie will never get married, she’ll always work at Whit’s end and be single, I’m guessing. VERY disappointing. So… can someone tell me how in the world you get these comments on the screen!:P

The Avengers is a great movie! I saw it once but would love to see it again, there is some language though, and it’s pretty violent, but it does have a pg13 rating, so you kind of expect it. The story line is really good and the different interactions between all the characters. So, depending how old you are ( I’m 17), I would deffinently recommend it.

But Captian America says to one of the other people “there is only one God, and I’m pretty sure he doesn’t dress like that” thats one of my favorite parts.
Do you look at plugged in reviews? Or what my family uses is Christian Spotlight on the movies, which gives really accurate reviews.

I don’t really see the fuss over Mitch and Connie moving on (which is more than can be said for certain people on this blog). Connie was the one that called off the relationship, and she’s doing an admirable job holding to it.

Mitch, meanwhile, is moving on and finding another girl, and a great one to boot. If I were dating Mitch and ended the relationship, I would want him to treat me the way he is treating Connie.

This all being said, my fav part of the episode was the way all the new characters were going nuts over the appearance of an older character whom they’ve never seen before. Just wait until Richard Maxwell shows up!!!!

Does anybody know why most of the old-time Odyssey characters have disappeared? For example, Lucy Cunningham- Schultz, Courtney, Sam Johnson, Isaak, Mandy, Robyn, Melanie, Jimmy, Donna… where did they disappear to?

Douglas Gresham, stepson of C.S. Lewis and executive producer of the Narnia films, has recently shared insight into the future of the Narnia film franchise.

According to The Lion’s Call, in a recent talk at Oxford, Gresham “was questioned on the future of the Narnia films” and “seems very keen to continue having them made.”

The moratorium period is now known to be 7 years, meaning another film cannot legally be made without Walden Media until 2018 (assuming the moratorium period began just after Voyage of the Dawn Treader‘s release). Gresham also indicated that he is interested in having future films made independently as opposed to hiring a studio such as Walden or Disney or Fox.

Book purists will be happy to know that Gresham is intent upon producing The Silver Chair next, not The Magician’s Nephew, and he expressed a wish to bring Andrew Adamson back as director.

In the meantime, Gresham says he is pursuing a film version of The Screwtape Letters.

People seem pretty passionate about the Connie/Mitch non-wedding, as well as The Avengers. Here’s what I think: While working on a huge case, Maureen won’t make it out alive, and Mitch will be burdened with guilt, believing his wife’s death was his fault. Whit will help Mitch see it all from God’s perspective, and guess who’ll be there to comfort him–Connie! They’ll rekindle their relationship. On the other hand, Connie could end up marrying Captain America. That’d be cool, too.

I was just looking back at the comments and confused myself with the other Claire! Just so you know, there were two Claires here at one point. I am no longer Claire to you, but TigerFriend. But then, after I changed my name, I discovered, on another computer, that Nobody was posting as me. I had gotten the moderation message for a comment I never wrote. @ K-Mint: For all concerned, Shmeebo Day (named for Regollin’s little sister who likes to break his precious possessions and do graffiti on his walls), as I was saying, Shmeebo Day is the day we all post ast Shmeebo. Sheyenne’s sister, STORMY, came up with the idea. It’s held on September 12 and is an occasion loved by all (especially me). So be sure and remember Shmeebo Day, and you can get a free trip to the Bermuda Triangle! (okay, just kidding )
