I cried while I saw this. I can’t thank you enough for keeping Adventures in Odyssey going for 25 years. I wouldn’t be the person I am today without this show. The love and kindness shared by the staff is truly incredible. Countless tears have fallen through these amazing stories. “The Time Has Come”, “Forever. . . Amen”, and “The Turning Point”, are only a few emotional episodes I will cherish forever.

May there be many many more to come. Thank you.

That is so cool that Odyssey went to space! I listen to odyssey every single night.Even on school nights! Ugg, I still can’t get used to our weather! It’s Dec. 4th, and we all went bike riding with t-shirts,shorts,flip-flops, sunglasses and sunhats! And now I can’t cool off. I think I might go swim in our icy pool. ( it gets cold here at night, so, the pool is really cold) Another thing is, we decorated our Christmas tree and we had to turn the AC way down because we were all hot! Weirdness.

@Misty Leigh- Neato, I love swimming! <3 I play hockey with friends and family, but never on a team (though my little brother was for a while) I loooove skating! A hero? Well….Helen Keller is great, but, I think my hero is Queen Esther. My favourite sports are Hockey (all time #1) and soccer, then basketball. Do you have any pets? What’s your favourite animal/s? I have two ducks (and my sister has two as well) a rabbit, a dog, a cat and fish….but I really really want a goat My favourite animal is the Bengal Tiger.

There are many many ways to start a story or chapter , here’s a few:
The hooker- Grab the attention of your readers right away. e.g.: Bare feet slapped down on the brown dusty road. Breathing hard and fast, Kira glanced behind to see….

The Scene- Entering the story with the scene. Eg: Wild buttercups blew gently in the wind with over head the blue sky stretched over the plains…

Dialogue- Entering with speech e.g.: “Lauren! Come on! We’re going to be late!” Todd shouted up to his sister.

She cried because she knew she could of done more with her life. She cried at the thought of all her sinning. Then she remembered hearing in Sunday School that God would save even the most hopeless and sinful people in the world. This thought got her thinking. After a few minutes she bowed her head and prayed to God. She asked him to forgive her, and to let her live up in heaven with him. When she said “Amen” she felt a happines she had never felt before, she felt joy.

Or maybe…we already have…but don’t know it. Unfortunately, no, I don’t own a horse. But my mom’s cousin owned a horse that lived at my Great Uncle’s. So I got to see her a lot. Her name was Tamara, and she was one of only fifty of her kind in Canada! It’s great to have you with the INKLETS!

Have you ever heard of the holiday: Prim? Its an old bible feast, where Jewish people celebrate the happenings of the book of Esther. A family I know celebrate it and other feasts like: Feast of Tabernacles, Passover, Hanukah. They are Christians who are also Jewish. (Massianic Jewish). Esther is a GREAT hero!

The dead body of the wolf fell down next to the fire. “We will dicuss your punishment later. For now, we have to get rid of this wolf body. Lets burn it.” Her dad said. Sandie hung her head.
“I’m sorry dad, I just… I would have been home sooner, but a man came and took Trooper from me! I fell on a rock, and I hurt my leg.” She said while watching her father drag the huge wolf
into the fire. A awful stench rose up as it caught on fire. When she said took Trooper, her dad looked up suddenly.

Sandie felt her eyes closing and she whispered, “Thank you Jesus….” She remembered her father climbing up behind her, and seeing the outline of the wolf in the fire. After that, darkness.

I am starting a new story.
In Texas, everyone rides horses. You can’t be “cool” if you don’t. Some ride Western, others English, and still others ride all the different ways and are always making up new things to do. Dana Larine is one of those people. She has her own pony, a Haflinger named Copper, whom she had trained all by herself. One day she was out riding when she found something by the rode. She gasped. It was a person, and he wasn’t breathing well!

Have you guys ever wished there was a REAL whits end with Whit, Connie, Eugene and the rest of the Characters? I have!! That would be soooo cool!!

I sat on the one of twenty cots in the girl’s dorm at the Helping Hearts orphanage. The room was so quiet during the day, when the twenty girls were busy doing studies among other things. Waiting for Mrs. Greamer’s call felt like years. I rolled the corners on the small square rug up with my toes, folding them over and over. “Who would ever want to adopt me? I have already had 7 let downs” I thought to myself. I was 12, I had long red hair and almost pink skin, brown eyes…and freckles covered my arms from wrist to shoulder. I hugged my knees close to my chest and rocked back and forth. Then the faint knock came at the door, and then it opened. “Jessica?” Mrs. Greamer’s call echoed through the huge room. I felt a lump in my throat. I hesitated, “ye-es?”. “I want you to come to my office with me.” She said. My heart pounded, and goose bumps came and went, as I started out the girl’s room. I folded my hands and cut off the circulation to my index finger. Following right behind Mrs. Greamer, the whole time. Finally we reached Mrs. Greamer’s Office door, she stepped back, motioning me to open the door. As I reached for the door knob, I tried to swallow but the lump in my throat wouldn’t let me. I took a deep breath and opened the door that would possibly lead me to my future parents. Mrs. Greamer gave me a little push. “Go On, they might change their minds.” Mrs. Greamer said. “Change their minds?” I whispered.

Then I turned my attention back to the small green button. I heard nothing but muffled voices, I really hoped they would adopt me. The door opened and Mrs. Greamer peeked out. “Jessica, Come here please.” She called. I gently placed the button into the bottom pocket of my pants, and arose. “Coming.” I answered. We stepped into her office, and shut the door behind us. Then Mrs. Greamer gave me a reassuring look that said “We are in this together.” “Sit down Jessica.” She said waving a hand over her office chair. I sat down, having the worst thoughts about this interview. “Jessica, we would like to skip the interview and have it later, if that is all right with you.” The Lady said. “I knew it; the last couple did this to me too.” I thought to myself. “However, we would like to know, would you like to be a part of our family?” The man finished. I was in a shock. “Yes…yes I would, I would love that!

My brother is the youngest on my mom’s side, and I’m going to have a new cousin on my dad’s side so excited! I’m the second youngest in my “home” family, a in the middle in my extended family.
